Summer vacation will be coming to a close very soon for the kiddies, September is just around the corner and gaining nearer as we speak! The malls and shops are a buzz with parents and kids getting their school attire and supplies. People shopping around here and there to get the best deals possible. Good morning!
As I sit here and enjoy my morning espresso, I think about the goodness of the Lord. He is awesome, loving, forgiving, miracle giver, way maker, healer, deliverer and life changer. God is the giver of salvation and second chances. He gives us strength and hope. I thank God for fashioning me to His liking. He is the author and finisher of my life story. I thank God for my spouse and children He has blessed me with. We get on one another's nerves at times but we are a family. We are imperfect and dysfunctional on some days, but nevertheless we are a family. I plead the blood of Christ Jesus over my family. May God bless and keep my son while he is away at college. Keep his mind focused and his burdens light dear Lord. Watch and keep my son in high school, help him to take the path less traveled and stay on course with you, Lord. Bless my daughter in elementary school. Strengthen her scholastically and spiritually to soar in the midst of the curve balls life will throw her way. Continue to bless my son in middle school Lord with his thirst for knowledge and higher education. Touch the minds of my oldest and youngest here at home. Develop and build them up with knowledge and understanding. Also touch the priest of this household, my covering and protector. Continue to feed him with your word, your revelation knowledge and understanding. Bless his soul with your precious Holy ghost fire so that he may be used for your glory Lord God. Have your way in and through our lives Lord and we will give you all praise, honor, and glory. I pray for your grace, mercy, and blessings upon my loved ones Lord. I thank you in Jesus name, amen.
HELLO 2016
This weekend is the first official storm for 2016. The last time a noreaster storm was unleashed on NJ it was horrible! No power or heat for days! I will be praying that God shows us mercy during this storm. Everyone stay safe and warm this weekend. God bless!!!
Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving! As I was shopping last night I had the displeasure of witnessing some very nasty attitudes. Some customers were really being disrespectful to cashiers and workers. One grown man at Shop Rite demanded a young lady to dig in a deep bin of frozen turkeys to find him a 21lb turkey. I think that is trying to take customer service a bit to far. He was a real jerk. A cashier was ringing up at the register at Walmart and he greeted all his customers with a hello and good evening. This one customer just totally ignored the young man. At the end the young man wished the customer a good evening and gave the change. The man snatches the change and gives the young man a dirty look. I was just like, really??? I cannot understand why people have to be so rude? We really need to do better America! If you forgot your manners go watch an episode of Barney and get a refresher course! So many terrible things going on in this world, try not to add to it with spreading your germs of negativity and nasty attitude. Show a little respect and kindness and your day will turn out much better. God bless!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS, OR IS IT?
This time of the year can be magic or tragic. The song says it's the most wonderful time of the year, but sometimes it's the saddest for some. For those who lost loved ones around the holidays or those who aren't financially sound. Children always want the newest thing in electronics and the hottest fashions. They don't understand that your finances can't accommodate their tastes and every want. This is said to be the season of miracles, where the stingy, the greedy, and cold hearted are supposed to find their heart and compassion. For the sake of the poor, the homeless, and the hungry let's hope the extremely wealthy find it in their hearts to help. I pray that the reason for the season, which is JESUS CHRIST, shines through this holiday season. Give the gift of love, compassion, understanding, charity, peace, and encouragement to others today and everyday.

TOXIC RELATIONSHIPS
Why do woman stay in toxic relationships? If you are not in a toxic relationship odds are you know a few females who are. Why do females continue to put up with so much BS day in and day out? It's like females are filling out applications for the job of being someone's fool. These dudes are a trip and a half these days. No steady jobs except for their gig of being a dead beat ass male! They have baby momma drama for days and have rings on all of their fingers promising them forever and a day. They have each female that they are sleeping with helping them pay their child support payments every month. I just don't get it, these are beautiful, intelligent women who are all that! Paying their own way in this world, pushing their own whips that they paid for, their own homes and/or condos. Why are they settling for less and taking so much mess?
