"ONE NIGHT WITH THE KING"

Personal Movie Collection

One Night With The King is one of my favorite movies. My husband purchased it for me the other night to add to my personal movie library. My daughters and I watched it last night before turning in to bed. The message of faith and hope in this movie is very powerful, I love it. The part right before Esther goes before the King in court, she speaks with Haggai. He pleads with her not to go and risk her life. Esther tells Haggai that the best part about the story of David and Goliath is how David was victorious not because he fought well but because he "BELIEVED" well. Esther was going before the King believing that God was going to have His way whether she succeeds or perishes. It's a great way to live and it falls in line with the scriptures; it's impossible to please God without faith. Faith without works is dead! This is definitely a movie worth having in your personal movie collection at home. Pop it in when you need a little pick me up or boost in a time where things aren't going to good.

 SOUL SURFER

I just finished watching Soul Surfer and I quite enjoyed it. The message of faith, hope, and determination is very inspirational. Also, it shows how some people are falling apart over the little things and can't see the blessings they have right in front of them. Learn to be grateful now don't wait until something extreme happens to get your attention. Thank God for all things!

THE PRINCESS & THE FROG

My daughter and I love this movie! We watched it again last night before going to bed. Every little girl is a Princess. MiAsha knows she's her daddy's Princess, and mine too!

 THE MIRROR HAS TWO FACES

Starring: Babs,Jeff Bridges,Pierce Brosnan,& Lauren Bacall

This is one of my favorite movies and I'm planning to watch it tomorrow afternoon. I'm going to grab me some Chipotle, a Pepsi, pop in my DVD, and enjoy! Have a great weekend all! God bless!

The last few movies I've seen were pretty good. First up, ACT LIKE A LADY, THINK LIKE A MAN. I love Megan Good's haircut, absolutely fabulous. Taraji P Henson's hair was great as well. I feel that Gabrielle Union's character could have had a better looking love interest. Kevin Hart and Wendy Williams, funny couple of choice; she towers over him! lol

The Vow~ I really enjoyed that movie, Channing Tatum was excellent. My heart went out to him, the ending was great!

Safe~ Jason Statham always brings the action!

This Means War~ Reese Witherspoon and her co~stars did a good job, it was comical enough.

Hunger Games~ This movie just wasn't my cup of tea. I think it was sickening that someone would think to make children of all ages to fight each other to the death.

Good Deeds~ A different side of Tyler Perry. It was refreshing to see the struggling, single parent get the help she needed and the man she wanted.
