I am 39 wks and 5 days pregnant today. The last trimester has not been the greatest. I've had insomnia, low blood iron, fatigue, vericose veins, and swelling. On top of all that I've had a terrible toothache for the last month and a half. I'm sure I need a root canal but of course can't get that done until after the delivery.
